摘要
研究了铁板阳极电絮凝法处理纸业废水过程中,电流密度、通电量、废水的pH值及添加电解质NaCl对废水COD和色度去除效果的影响.研究结果表明,影响废水色度和COD去除率的主要因素是通电量和废水的pH值.当通电量为333A·h/m3,废水的pH值大于7,电流密度为100A/m2,该法处理使废水的COD和色度去除率分别达到76.6%和82.0%时,能耗为1kW·h/m3.
The influence of current density, charge loading, pH and NaCl additive on removal of COD and color substances from paper-making wastewater by electroflocculation was studied when iron plate was used as anode. The result showed main influencing factor for COD and color removal of the wastewater was charge loading and pH. For COD and coloring of the wastewater (pH≥7), the method could achieve removal efficiency of 76.6% and 82.0% respectively under 12.4F/m3 charge loading, 100A/m2 current density when energy consumption was 1 kW/m3.
