摘要 提出了一种简单、实用的,基于阶跃辨识的改进型自整定PID控制器的设计方法。该方法利用阶跃响应信息,采用特征面积法辨识出二阶等容加纯滞后近似模型,基于零极对消方法设计满足给定幅值裕度和相角裕度的PID控制器。此方法克服了传统切线法辨识对象时滞误差大,继电反馈实验受限制的缺点。仿真结果表明了该控制器的有效性。 A simple and practical improved self-tuning PID controller based on step response identification has been proposed in this article. The system uses the information of step responses firstly, then it adopts the characteristic area method to identify the model of the first-order or second-order with pure dead-time. The PID controller designed on the basis of zeros-poles canceled method can satisfy the specifications on given and phase margin. This method overcomes the drawback of a large error for identification of the process dead-time with traditional tangent method and the drawback of limited relay feedback control. Simulation results has shown the effectiveness of the controller.
