摘要 研究了一系列因素对食尼古丁节杆菌D-97胞内海藻糖降解酶的抑制作用,发现有效霉素(井冈霉素)和乙酸能有效抑制海藻糖降解酶的活性,抑制率最大分别达到87.13%和85.16%。同时研究了它们对海藻糖转化率的影响,发现有效霉素能提高海藻糖转化率,最大增幅达17.44%,而乙酸却降低了转化率。 Effects cf inhibitors on the trehalase were investigated. The activity cf trehalase were inhibited by validamycin and acetic acid efficiently and the maximum rate of inhibition reached 87.13% and 85.61% respectively. Furthermore, validamycin increased the conversion rate cf trehalose, the maximum amplitude was 17.44% .However,acetic acid decreased the conversion rate cf trehalcee.
