摘要 红外焦平面阵列的非均匀性噪声是制约红外成像质量的主要因素。基于场景的非均匀校正算法通常利用图像序列并依赖帧间运动对焦平面阵列的非均匀性进行校正。本文介绍了恒定范围统计法、Kalman滤波器法和轨迹跟踪法。恒定范围统计法和 Kalman滤波器法是利用场景数据自适应的进行非均匀性校正的统计算法 ;轨迹跟踪法是一种利用图像序列的帧间运动提取真实场景的信息的方法。 The non uniformity in the infrared focal plane array has limited the quality of infrared imaging system. Scene based non uniformity correction (NUC) techniques correct the non uniformity by using an image sequence and relying on motion between frames. In this paper, we introduce the approach of constant range correction, Kalman filtering correction and trace along trajectory correction. The former two are statistical algorithms that adaptively perform NUC using the scene data, and the last one is a method to extract information of the true scene by utilizing motion between frames in a sequence. Finally we compare these algorithms with two temperature calibration.
