摘要
对1993年以来,国内主要刊物所发表的有关普通荧光分光光度计用于光散射分析方面的论文进行综述。简要地介绍了共振光散射技术的实验方法,并对该技术在生化研究和分析中的发展前景进行预测。共收集文献78篇。
Based on the 78 essays published in domestic journals since 1993,this paper analyzes the resonance light scattering technique in the ordinary fluorescence spectrophotometer,and introduces some simple experiment methods to the technique,and predicts the prospective of the study in biochemistry.
