摘要
采用健合图理论和方法,建立双驱动行星传动系统的健合图模型,进行了动力学的仿真。在模型中,考虑了支承弹性的耦合作用,并设计了双驱动行星传动系统的实验装置,改进了实验台,实现扭转振动的多通道数据采集,较全面地揭示了行星特动系统的动态特性及传动性能。与理论结果对比,验证了双驱动行星传动系统键合图模型的正确性和所用方法的有效性。
With the theory and method of bondgraph, a dynamic model with coupled vibration for doubledrive planetary gearing transmission system is establishedfor the first time in China. The state equation of the sys-tem is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is car-ried out. An experimental device of double drive plane-tary gearing is designed. The gear test jig is reformed andmulti--channel signal collection of torsional vibration isrealized. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearingfeatures of planetary gearing system are revealed compre-hensively. Comparing the experimental results with theo-retical analyzing results, the correctness of bond graphmodeling for double drive planetary gearing and the effec-tiveness of .the method put forward in this paper havebeen proved.
