摘要
研究结果表明:高含麻量纺织品免烫整理过程中,织物的组织结构、免烫整理剂的选择、织物的前处理及整理工艺条件对整理效果均有不同程度的影响。最佳工艺条件为:树脂120g/L,催化剂14g/L,纤维保护剂PW40g/L,三甲氨基硅油30g/L^50g/L,焙烘:160℃(180秒)或170℃(120秒)。
The permanent press finish of high linen content textiles was studied. Results showed that the performance of the finish was affected by the textile structure, the permanent press finish agent and the processing conditions of both pretreatment and finish. The optimum conditions were 120g/l resin, 14g/l catalyst, 40g/l fiber-protecting agent PW, 30g/l^50g/I amino siloxane, baked 180s (160 ℃) or 120s(170℃)
