摘要
以3,4,5-三甲氧基甲苯(TMT)为原料,经Vilsmeier—Haack反应制取了标题化合物。将TMT溶于DMF,滴加三氯氧磷,在60℃~70反应8~10小时,然后用10%氢氧化钠水溶液中和得产品。收率92.23%,纯度98.8%,熔点61℃~61.4℃。研究了反应条件对产率和纯度的影响,并对产品进行了表征。
The title compound was prepared from 3,4,5-trimethoxytoluene (THT) by Vilsmeier-Haack reaction. THT was dissolved in DMF, added dropwise to phosphorous oxychloride, reacted at 60℃~70 ℃for 8-10 hours, then neutralized with 10% NaOH to give the product. Yield was 92.23%, purity, 98.8%, and melting point, 61℃~64℃. The effect of reaction conditions on yield and purity of the product was studied, and the product was characterized.
