摘要
用吖啶橙—酚藏花红能量转移体系作为荧光探针用于小牛胸腺DNA的测定,线性范围(0.04~8)μg/mL,检测限为0.07μg/mL。对0.8μg/mL小牛胸腺DNA的测定,相对标准偏差为0.89%。该荧光探针用于混合样品的测定,结果令人满意。
Acridine orange-phenosafranine energy transfer systems and its application in the determination of nucleic acid as fluorescence probe are reported.The linear range is O.04-8μg/mL,the detection limit is 0.07μg/mL and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.89% for the determination of 0.80 μg/mL DNA.The fluorescent probe was applied to the determination of DNA in mixed sample with satisfactory result.
