摘要
教师职业良心是构成教师职业道德的基本因素之一。教师职业良心在教师职业道德中有着特殊意义 ,对教师行为起调节作用 。
The teachers' work conscience is one of the basic factors of their work ethics. It also has deep meaning and can adjust the teachers' action. Therefore, it must be laid special stress and trained.
