摘要 充电过程中电池析气量是阀控式铅酸电池的重要指标。研究了在电解液中加入H3PO4对电池析气性能的影响,结果表明加入20g/L的磷酸可以将电池在过充电期间的析气量减少30%,在完全密封状态下过充电时电池内压平台显著下降。另外,还研究了在铅膏中加入不同量的磷酸对电池放电性能和循环寿命的影响,结果表明磷酸的加入对电池的放电性能没有明显的影响,对电池循环寿命的影响尚有待进一步研究。 Gas evolution volume during charge is one of the most important characteristics of valveregulated leadacid battery(VRLAB). The effect of adding H3PO4 in electrolyte on gas evolution volume of VRLAB was researched. The results show that the gas evolution volume is reduced by 30% by adding 20 g/L H3PO4 and the inner pressure plateau is also decreased during overcharge at complete sealing condition. Moreover, the effects of adding H3PO4 with various concentration in positive paste on discharge performance and cycle life were studied. The results show that adding H3PO4 in positive paste has no effect on discharge performance and its effect on cycle life needs further research.
