摘要
“9·1 1”恐怖事件后 ,美国强硬的外交风格发生了一定的变化 ,但是美国并未从根本上放弃其单边主义的立场。阿富汗战争的胜利一定程度上助长了美国的气焰。然而 ,国际恐怖主义的性质决定了惟有依靠国际的多边合作才能取得未来反恐战争的最终胜利。打击国际恐怖主义任重而道远。
After the September 11 terrorist incident, there have been some changes in the American tough diplomatic style, but America has never given up its unilaterialst standpoint. The victory of Afghan War, to certain extent, encouraged arrogance of America. Whereas the nature of international terrorism determines that the final victory of the future anti terror war can only be won by poly lateral international cooperation. It is a long and arduous struggle to defeat international terrorism.
