From two levels of item enviromental assessment and environmental project, the enviromental impact assessment system is narrated by actual practice in new pollution control, ecological environmental protection and continuous derelopment strategy practice to play an important function. The environmental policy assessment in instructing our economical derelopment as main function should be included in environmental assessment work the sooner the better.
