摘要
科技进步、科技创新在我国农业增长当中具有十分重要的地位,但是现阶段我国的农业科技创新面临许多问题,本文归纳了农业科研综合实力薄弱、科技创新资金不足等主要问题;同时提出了从观念创新到机制创新等方面的对策.
The progress and innovation of technology is very important in increasing of agriculture. But there are many problems in the progress of agriculture technology.The primary problem of weak- ness about compositive strength of agricultural studying,the shortage of fund about technology innova- tion etc.were summed up.The countermeasures about innovation of conception,mechanism and others were brought forward.
