摘要
以 2 ,2 -连氮 -双 (3-乙基苯并噻唑 - 6 -磺酸 ) (ABTS)为底物 ,在pH4 5的条件下 ,用分光光度法考察了Fe2 + 离子存在下的漆酶催化氧化反应。发现Fe2 + 离子对漆酶的催化活性显示出抑制作用 ,并进一步探讨了其抑制特征、抑制位点和作用方式。结果表明 ,Fe2 + 离子对漆酶催化活性抑制属竞争性抑制过程 。
The effects of Fe 2+ on the oxidation of ABTS catalyzed by laccase were studied spectrophotometryly under condition of pH 4 50 The results show that Fe 2+ ion has obvious inhibition on the laccase activity,the nature of inhibition is competitive type The results demonstrate that the inhibition is realized through the reduction of ABTS by Fe 2+ ion
