摘要
目的 :探讨促进卵药物氯米酚 (CC)与人绝经期促性腺激素 (hMG)及人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG )联合应用对大白鼠子宫内膜形态学的影响。方法 :模仿人类长周期 ,对随机分为 3组的健康雌性未孕大白鼠 (鼠龄 2 5月 ,每组各 10只 ) ,分别给予促排卵药物CC、CC +hMG +hCG ,并给生理盐水作为对照。将大白鼠处死 ,剖腹取出子宫 ,制作组织切片 ,对子宫内膜进行观察。结果 :①大白鼠子宫内膜厚度 :CC组与CC +hMG +hCG组比较子宫内膜厚度无显著差异 (P 1>0 0 5 ) ;CC组、CC +hMG +hCG组分别与对照组比较子宫内膜厚度有显著差异 (P 2 <0 0 5 ,P 3<0 0 5 )。②大白鼠子宫内膜腺体成熟度 :CC组与CC +hMG +hCG组比较子宫内膜腺体成熟度无显著差异 (P 1>0 0 5 ) ;CC组、CC +hMG+hCG组分别与对照组比较子宫内膜腺体成熟度有显著差异 (P 2 <0 0 5 ,P 3<0 0 5 )。③大白鼠子宫内膜成熟度 :CC组与CC +hMG +hCG组比较子宫内膜成熟度无显著差异 (P 1>0 0 5 ) ;CC组、CC +hMG +hCG组分别与对照组比较子宫内膜腺体成熟度有显著差异 ( P2 <0 0 1,P3<0 0 1)。结论 :促排卵药物CC及CC +hMG +hCG联合应用均能够使子宫内膜发育迟缓 。
Objective To evaluate the influence of ovarian stimulation by clomiphene citrate(CC) and CC+human menopausal gonadotropi (hMG) +human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) on endometrial histology.Methods Thirty rats were randomly allocated into 3 groups.①CC group:clomid serophere was given only.②CC+hMG+hCG group:clomid serophere was given first for desensitizing the pituitary,then hMG and hCG were added for ovarian stimulation.③Control group was given with saline of same volume as groups CC and CC+hMG+hCG on the same time schedule.Endometrial histology were investigated by light microscope.Result Compared to the control,the changes of endometrial histology in group CC and group CC+hMG+hCG was significantly different.Delayed endometria maturation was frequently found in group CC and group CC+hMG+hCG (P<0.01)?But between CC and CC+hMG+hCG group,there were not difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Ovarian stimulation protocols can considerably influence the degree of endometrial maturation,therefore they can influence the embro implantation.
