摘要
目的 探索准确的乳腺后间隙注射聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳的方法 ,减少并发症的发生。方法 采用长钝针穿刺 ,进入乳腺后间隙 ,一点注射麻醉药及水凝胶。结果 为 869例患者行聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳 ,满意率达98.3 %。结论 准确的注射层次和及时正确的处理并发症 。
Objective To seek the method of accurately injecting polyacrylamide hydrogelp into the retro-mammary space for plenum breast, and reduce the occurrence of complication. Methods By using a long blunt needle puncture to locate the retromammary space and inject anaesthetic and polyacrylamide hydrogel at one point of breast. Results In 869 cases of injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel plenum breast operation, the satisfactory rate was up to 98.3%. Conclusion It is the guarantee of success for injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel plenum breast by precise injecting levels and proper treating the complication in time.
