摘要
本文指出了当前远程教育在网络教学资源开发和利用中存在的问题,论述了多媒体教学素材库在远程教育教学资源共享与交流中的优越性。通过建立一个具有16门课的多媒体教学素材库及其管理平台,提供了开发和利用网络教学资源的一种方式。
The quality of teaching resources exploitation and utilization is of the mainactors which influence to the development of modern distance education system.The advantage of Multimedia Teaching Material Library (MTML)in the share and communication of teaching recourses is analyzed in the paper.T trough the design of a MTMLmanagement platform including resources of sixteen courses , an approach is provided and the analysis is also included here.
