摘要
通过对河南油田分公司第二采油厂稠油开采用注汽锅炉系统热效率参数的测试和分析,找出了造成热效率低的敏感因素。随后,从理论上给出了提高热效率的对策,并从现场实际出发提出了具体的技术措施。2001年8月对井楼三区2号注汽锅炉实施炉内喷涂HTEE—87型高温红外辐射涂料,同时将供油温度由90℃提高到110℃,混合油粘度由225 mPa·s降至115.8mPa·s,使锅炉雾化效果和燃烧效率明显提高,锅炉热效率由82.4%提高到85.1%。
Based on test and analysis of the parameter of the thermal efficiency of steam injecting boiler, the sensitive factors leading to low thermal efficiency are found. Countermeasures for improving the thermal efficiency are given theoretically, and concrete technical measures are put forward according to the actual conditions, including optimizing the operating parameters of the fuel nozzle and applying high-temperature infrared radiation coating. The effect of the measures is commented.
