摘要
石油化工科学研究院新研制开发的低积炭速率、高选择性的PS-Ⅵ型重整催化剂在中国石化洛阳分公司700kt/a IFP第一代连续重整装置上进行了工业应用。标定结果表明,在重整进料芳烃潜含量40.63%,反应温度505℃时,重整汽油的辛烷值(RON)可以达到100.3,稳定汽油收率达89.04%,其芳烃含量达77.81%;待生催化剂积炭量为2.04%,与原使用的3861催化剂相比,积炭速率可降低32%~49%。
PS-Ⅵ reforming catalyst having low coke deposit rate and high selectivity newly developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing has been used in the 700kt/a first generation continuous reformer of IFP. The test run showed that under a reaction temperature of 505℃ with a feedstock possessing 40. 63% aromatics potential content, the RON of the reformate reached 100. 3, and the stabilized gasoline yield was 89. 04% with an aromatics content of 77. 81%. The coke deposited on the spent catalyst was 2. 04%, which comparing with the original 3861 catalyst, the coke deposit rate reduced by 32%-49%.
