摘要
针对当前大学评价存在的问题,本文提出,应该开展大学的社会评价。文章将现行大学评价称之为要素评价,在分析了要素评价存在的问题之后,阐述了社会评价的合理性以及开展社会评价所应解决的主要问题。
To solve the problems existing in the current assessment system—which the author calls element assessment —of the university, this paper proposes the application of social assessment. Having analyzed the problems of element assessment, this paper expounds the reasonableness of social assessment and the main problems to be solved by this kind of system.
