摘要
基于工程实践和分析,表明在周边不稳定条件下对危房作锚杆静压桩加固是可行的。如果选择科学的时机、合理的施工工艺参数,可以取得更好的加固效果。这为地下室施工危及周边建筑物时如何采取应对措施提供了一个样本。
Based on the engineering practice and analysis, the possibility is shown for endangered buildings to be underpinned under the condition that nearby basement work has not completed yet. Good results will result from scientific underpinning time and reasonable parameters. A sample is taken to show how to treat the endangered buildings with nearby basement work.
