AMF和饭豆根瘤菌对饭豆、玉米套种促生作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 将从饭豆根瘤中分离的饭豆根瘤菌 (Rhizobiumsp .CYY3 3 0 2 ,Rhizobiumsp .HCY910 1,RhizobiumSP .JMC14 0 2 )与AMF(ArbuscularMycorrhizalFungi)共同接种于饭豆 ,进行饭豆、玉米田间小区套种试验。结果表明 ,接种饭豆根瘤菌和AMF的处理与未接种的处理相比 ,饭豆的结瘤率比对照提高 5 2 %~ 13 4% ;饭豆及玉米的菌根感染率比对照分别增加 43 1%~ 80 %和 46 8%~ 97 6% ;饭豆的产量提高了 5 4%~ 67% ,而玉米的产量提高了 2 4%~ 19 5 %。研究结果还表明 :豆科作物接种根瘤菌 ,即使在种过豆科作物的老区 ,也是有效的。 Three Rhizobium spp.,Rhizobium sp.CYY3302,Rhizobium sp.HCY9101,Rhizobium sp.JMC1402 were isolated from nodules on ricebean.The three Rhizobium spp.were co-inoculated with Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) to ricebean.An alternative planting of inoculated ricebean and corn in field plots were carried out.The results shows that nodulation rate of inoculated ricebean was 52% to 134% higher than that of non-inoculation treatment.The AMF infectivity of ricebean and corn increased by 43.1% to 80% and 46.8% to 97.6% respectively. A 54% to 67% increment in ricebean yields and 2.4% to 19.5% in corn yields were also observed.
