摘要
目的:观察光固化型Estiseal Lc窝沟封闭剂临床应用护理参与的疗效。方法:对175名7～15岁的儿童的815颗牙齿(第1、第2恒磨牙)上颌侧切牙分别进行了有护理配合及未有护理配合并进行了2年的追踪疗效观察。结果:此封闭剂经临床护理使用后2年保存率70.28％,其中上颌侧切牙舌侧窝封闭剂2年保存率为100％。结论:经护理配合后此封闭剂封闭性能良好,保存率比未经护理而封闭后的保留率明显提高,具有良好的防龋功能。
Objective: The aim of the research is to compare the clinical effect of the pit and fissure sealant with and without nursing. Method: About 815 teeth of 175 children (aged 7 to 15) were sealed with the light-cured Estiseal Lc sealant with and without nursing respectively. These teeth including the first and second molars, maxillary lateral incisors were observed for 2-years after sealant. Result: The 2-years remaining rate of the nursing group was 70. 28%. The rate of lateral incisors of nursing group was 100%. Conclusion: The 2-year remaining rate of the nursing group was higher than the non-nursing group.
