本文从带头、策划、组织、协调、控制五个方面论述了高校图书馆部主任在部门科研工作中的作用 。
This paper discusses the roles of departmental head in leading,planning,organizing,coordinating and quality control of the library's research activities.It also states the desirable qualifications for a departmental head.
