摘要
目的 探讨腰椎Ⅱ度以上滑脱早期合理的治疗方法。方法 从 1985年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 1月手术治疗腰椎Ⅱ度以上滑脱 4 0例。结果 随诊 6～ 72个月 ,平均 2 2个月。 4 0例中 34例症状完全消失 ,优良率 85 %。应用USS系统 10例 ,其中 7例Ⅱ度滑脱 ,3例Ⅲ度滑脱 ,全部解剖复位。结论 对腰椎Ⅱ度以上滑脱手术治疗 ,临床效果满意。
Objective To observe the early clinical outcome of internal fixation for treatment of lumber as degree 2 spondylolisthesis.Methods From January 1985 to January 2002;40 cases of lumbar as degree 2 spondylollisthesis were treated with decompression laminetomy,internal fixation,reduction,intertransverse process arthrodesis or the interboay fusion.Results The patients were followed up from 6 to 72 months with a verage of 22 months.The results showed that the pre operative clinical symptoms disappeared completely in 34 of 40 patients.The excellent rate was 85%.Anatomical reduction was obtained with USS instrumentation in 7 cases of the degree 2 and 3 cases of the degree 3.Conclusion Treatment of the lumbar as degree 2 spondylolisthesis may gain excellent clinical results with decompression laminetomy,internal fixation,reduction,intertransverse process arthrodesis or interbody fusion.USS instrumentation has satisfactory reduction rate.
