上皮性钙粘附素及其mRNA在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达

摘要 目的:检测E-钙粘附素(E-cd)蛋白及其mRNA在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达,并研究它们与上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)临床分期、组织分化及转移、预后的关系。方法:以免疫组化SABC法及核酸原位杂交法检测44例EOC、8例交界性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及18例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤石蜡切片中E-cd及其mRNA的表达,并用统计学方法分析它们在EOC不同临床病理参数组中表达水平的差异。结果:E-cd及E-cdmRNA在EOC中的表达明显低于它们在交界性及良性肿瘤中的表达,且与EOC的病理分级显著相关,E-cd与组织类型、有无腹水及预后显著相关。结论:检测E-cd的表达有助于了解上皮性卵巢肿瘤生物学行为,可作为评价EOC预后的重要指标。 Objective:To study the expression of E-cadherin(E-cd),E-cd mRNA and their sig-nificance in epithelial ovarian tumors.Methods:Immunohistochemistry(SABC)mehthod was used to detect the expression of E-cd,and in situ hybridization(ISH)technique was used to detect the expres-sion of E-cd mRNA in44cases of EOC,8cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor,and18cases of benign epithelial tumor.Results:The expression of E-cd and E-cd mRNA in EOC was significantly lower than in borderline and benign tumor,and was correlated with pathologic grades.The degree of E-cd expression was correlated with pathologic types,ascite and survival rate.Conclusion:The detec-tion of the abnormal expression of E-cd is useful to evaluate the cell biological behavior and the prog-nosis of EOC.
