摘要
链长精度和节距精度的特征参数间存在统计上的谐应关系,因而各国的链条标准只规定一定节数时的链长精度。作者通过理论分析及大样本统计检验,以平顶链为例论述了上述观点,并探讨了谐应关系的应用。所得结论,可供其他链条借鉴。本文研究结果已部分用于《ZBJ18001—89输送用平顶链和链轮补充技术要求》。本文还对国内若干有关链长精度的文献提出了商榷意见。
It is a viewpoint that the concord of characteristic parameters between the length precision and the pitch precision of chains exists in statistics. Consequentially, the chain standards of all countries in the world stipulate only the length precision in a certain links. This paper expounded the viewpoint through theoretical analysis and satistics test in a lage sample of flat-top chains as an example and discussed the applications of the concord. The conclusion can be reference for other types of chains and have partly applied in ZBJ 18001-89 ' Supplementary Technical Requirements for Flat-top Chains and Associated Chainwheels'. Besides, the paper also deliberated with a few published papers on length precision.
