摘要
目的 探讨辅助性T淋巴细胞亚群Th1/Th2及B细胞在肺炎支原体 (MP)下呼吸道感染患儿免疫学发病机制中的作用。方法 应用流式细胞仪单克隆抗体免疫荧光标记法 ,对 30例MP下呼吸道感染患儿的外周血B淋巴细胞CD19+ 及辅助性T淋巴细胞Th1亚群CD4 + CD4 5RA+ 、Th2亚群CD4 + CD4 5RO+ 的表达情况进行研究。结果 MP下呼吸道感染患儿外周血B淋巴细胞CD19+ 表达明显升高。辅助性T淋巴细胞Th1亚群CD4 +CD4 5RA+ 表达明显升高 ,Th2亚群CD4 + CD4 5RO+ 表达无显著性变化。CD4 + CD4 5RA+ /CD4 + CD4 5RO+ 明显升高。结论 MP下呼吸道感染患儿存在多种免疫失衡和紊乱情况 ,主要表现为Th1细胞为主的免疫反应及B淋巴细胞过度增殖 ,符合自身免疫性疾病的免疫病理基本特征 。
Objective To study the effect of T helper cells CD4 + subpopulation Th1/Th2 and B cells in PBMCs for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) lower respiratory tract infections (LRTIs). Methods CD4 +CD45RA +, CD4 +CD45RO + and CD19 + in PBMCs were determined by flow cytometry analysis in 30 children with MP LRTIs, and then compared with those of control group. Results In MP(+) children CD19 + cells increased greatly ( P < 0.05 ). There was no difference in CD4 + cells between subject group and control group ( P > 0.05 ). CD4 +CD45RA + cells increased greatly( P < 0.01 ) while CD4 +CD45RO + cells did not increased significantly ( P > 0.05 ). The ratio of CD4 +CD45RA +/CD4 +CD45RO + increased remarkably ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion In the PBMCs of MP LRTIs children, there is immune disorder. B cells increased obviously, and Th1/Th2 imbalance develops. It shows a predominant Th1 like immuno reaction in MP LRTIs, which suggests MP LRTIs have some association with autoimmune diseases.
