摘要
本文根据补偿原理制作了γ-Fe_2O_3/LaFeO_3复合气敏元件,测量了该元件的气敏特性。由于p型LaFeO_3元件对n型γ-Fe_2O_3元件的补偿,有效地抑制了乙醇的干扰,改善了对丁烷的选择性。
According to the compensative principle, the γ-Fe_2O_3/LaFeO_3 complex selective gas sensor was made. The sensitive property of the complex sensor was determined, Because of the LaFeO_3 gas sensor's compensation for γ-Fe_2O_3 gas sensor, the disturbance of alcohol is effectively overcome and the selectivity of the complex gas sensor for butane is imoroved.
