摘要
股票期权对企业经营管理人员是一种有效的长期激励机制,在分析股票期权制度积极作用的同时,指出了股票期权制度的消极之处,对我国一些上市公司使用股票期权制度存在的问题进行了探讨。
Stock option is a long-term prompting system available to enterprise executives. This article analyzes not only some positive effects on this system but some negative. Discussion is made on the problems in some corporations coming into the market
