摘要
在立体造型系统中,旋转曲面是最常用的曲面。但到目前为止,还没有统一地处理旋转曲面求交问题的算法。本文在立体造型系统中引入了一类以有理B 样条曲线为母线的旋转自由曲面,介绍了它们的求交算法。算法使用离散和解析相结合的方法,同其他方法比较,具有速度快,内存少的特点。
Revolution surface is most often used in solid modeling system.Buttill now,its intersection problem has not been formally solved.This paperintroduces an algorithm of find the intersection of two revolution surfacesgenerated by rational B-Spline curves.In comparison with other methods,thisalgorithm has considered the advantages of both discrete and analytical methodsso that the computation is fast but less memory is reguired.
