摘要
中老年记忆力减退 ,中医又称善忘、健忘。回顾《内经》对蓄忘病因病机的认识 ,分析历代医家对善忘的有关阐述 ,提出中老年记忆力减退的病机为心虚、心脾两虚、心肾不交、脑髓空虚、痰饮瘀血、先天不足等六个方面。同时 ,还就善忘与老年痴呆的关系进行了论述。
Memory declination in the middle and old aged people was called amnesia,forgetfulness in TCM. In this report,we retrospect the etiology and pathogenesis of amnesia in 《Huangdi Neijing》 and analyze various arguments among different periods’ medical schools.Based on these theories, we present six types of TCM pathogenesis of amnesia: deficiency of heart’s mind;deficiency of both heart and spleen; inability of heart and kidney to interflow;defect of brain’s marrow; stagnation of phlegm, water pathogens and blood stasis; congenital defect. Meanwhile, we discuss the relationship between amnesia and senile dementia.
