甘蔗节间Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活性与节间生长的关系 被引量:4

摘要 对8个甘蔗基因型即粤糖86-368、新台糖16号、农林8号,拔地拉、割手密以及从甘蔗杂交后代F1的实生苗中选出的3株种茎的无性系,在伸长初期测定+2至+8节间长度、茎径,+3、+5、+8节间可溶性Mg2+-ATP酶、细胞壁离子型Mg2+-ATP酶、细胞壁共价型Mg2+-ATP酶活性及可溶性总糖含量.结果表明,从+2到+8节间,不同基因型节间长度的变化极为相似.除割手密外,其它基因型的节间长度都在+6节间达到最长;但茎径在+6节间之后仍保持稍微的增粗.从+3到+5、+8节间,不同基因型的3种Mg2+-ATP酶活性都逐渐下降,而可溶性总糖含量逐渐提高.其中,节间较粗的3个基因型3种Mg2+-ATP酶的活性和可溶性总糖含量都相对较低. At the early elongating stage of sugarcane, the length and diameter from the second to the eighth internodes were determined with eight genotypes, i.e. YT86368, ROC16, NL8, Badila, Sacchanum spontaneum L. and three F1 clones. The third, fifth and eighth internodes were taken respectively to determine the activities of the soluble Mg2+ATPase, the ionicallybound Mg2+ATPase and the covalentlybound Mg2+ATPase in the cell wall and the content of soluble total sugar. From the second internode to the eighth, changes of the internode length in different genotypes were similar and the sixth was the longest except S.spontaneum L. The cane diameter, however, still kept increasing slightly after the sixth internode. From the third, the fifth to the eighth internode, the activity of Mg2+ATPase decreased and the soluble sugar content increased gradually in all the genotypes. Compared to the others, the activity of Mg2+ATPase and the content of the soluble total sugar of internodes in three genotypes with thicker cane diameter were relatively lower.
