摘要
介绍了关于抓好施工进度实现合同工期目标的几方面措施 ,有利于建筑业企业的施工进度管理 ,提出只要抓好施工进度 。
In this paper the several measures in building progress control are introduced to realized contract target. In order to contribute to construction progress management author points out that good building progress control can certainly realize contract object.
