摘要
研究了钼 硫脲 铜 硫氰酸盐 丁基罗丹明B 聚乙烯醇高灵敏度显色体系测定痕量的钼 ,找到了最佳条件 ,配合物最大吸收波长为 5 76 3nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε576 3nm=2 43× 1 0 6L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,应用于矿泉水、发样及生菜中钼的测定 ,RSD为 1 5 %~5 6% ;回收率为 95 6%~ 1 0 4 4% ,结果令人满意 .
A superhigh sensitive spectrophotometric method is established for determination of trace molybdenum based on the formation of a complicated ion association complex with copper, thiocyanate butyl group rhodamine(BRB)and in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). The ion association complex exhibits a maximun absorption at 576 3nm and ε =2 43×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . The method has been applied to determination of trace molybdenum in mineral waters, hair and romaine lettuce with satisfactory results. RSD is 1 5%~5 6% and the recovery is 95 6%~104 4%.
