摘要
本文就STD工业控制计算机在普通磨床中的应用,以及如何提高加工过程的精度和如何实观自动控制,其硬件和软件的设计方法、接口电路的功能、砂轮磨损的自动补偿和修整、工件的在线精度测量以及整个控制系统的功能原理作了介绍。
The STD is used in the common grinder,how to improve the precision of processing, how to realize automatic control,the design method of hardware and software,the funtion of interface circuit,autocompensation and automend of grinding wheel wear,measurement for workpiece on tine pre- cision and the function principles of whole control system are presented by the paper.
