摘要
报道了对羟基苯甲醛与盐酸羟胺、甲酸钠在质量分数 88%~ 77.5 %的甲酸中反应合成对羟基苯甲腈的新方法 ,考察了原料配比、反应时间、甲酸用量及浓度对反应收率的影响。结果表明 ,合成目标物的适宜工艺条件为 :对羟基苯甲醛、盐酸羟胺与甲酸钠的物质的量之比为 1 .0∶ 1 .2∶ 1 .2 ,对羟基苯甲醛与甲酸用量之比为 1 .0mol∶ 0 .8L,回流时间为 30 min,收率可达 88.6 %。
The compound p hydroxybenzonitrile was synthesized by the reaction of p hydroxybenzaldehyde with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate in 88%-77.5% formic acid solution.The influences of some factors on yield of p hydroxybenzonitrile were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as followings:the molar ratios of p hydroxybenzaldehyde to hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium formate are 1.0∶1.2∶1.2,the proportion of amount of p hydroxybenzaldehyde to volume of formic acid is 1.0 mol∶0.8 L,the refluxing time is 30 min,and the yield attains 88.6%.The results showed that the method has a feature of lower cost,higher yield and less pollution.
