摘要
师资队伍建设是高职院校健康发展的关键。本文通过对目前高职院校师资现状的剖析,阐述了当前师资队伍建设的目标和方向,根据高职院校师资队伍的特点和要求,提出了进行师资队伍建设的对策和措施。
The building of the teacher ranks is the crux of vocational college development.This paper analyzes the present conditions of the vocational college teacher ranks,expounds the target and direction of the ranks and puts forward the measures and countermeasures to the building of the teacher ranks.
