摘要
犤目的犦通过高压液相法测定愈风宁心滴丸中葛根素的含量。犤方法犦色谱柱:CLC-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相:甲醇-水(25:75),检测波长:250nm。犤结果犦平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为1.94%。犤结论犦本法准确、快速、简便。
To detect the content of Gengensu in Yufeng Ningxin Dripping Pill by HPLC.The chromato-graphic column was CLC-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,10μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(25:75).The detective wave was250nm.The average recovery rate was99.14%and the RSD was1.94%.[Conclusion]This technique is accurate,rapid and handy.
