摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定柿蒂中没食子酸的含量。使用KromasilC18柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 2 5mol·L- 1磷酸溶液 (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 :2 71nm。没食子酸的平均加样回收率为 99 7% ,RSD为 2 31%。方法简便可靠 ,分离度较好 ,结果稳定 ,可用于柿蒂的质量控制。
An RP-HPLC method is developed for the determination of gallic acid in Calyx Kaki. The separation was performed on Kromasil C 18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-0 25mol·L -1 H 3PO 4 (20∶80) and detected at wavelength 271nm. The linearity of the method was well, with the average recovery of gallic acid was 99 7%, and RSD was 2 31%. The method is simple, reliable and also shows good separating degree. It can be used in quality control of Calyx Kaki.
