摘要
目的 观察心脉安片对冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效。方法 将 60例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组 4 0例 ,予心脉安片治疗 ;对照组 2 0例 ,予稳心颗粒治疗。观察治疗前后 2 4h动态心电图变化。结果 治疗组和对照组室早总有效率及室早次数总有效率分别为 70 %、60 %和 65 %、5 5 % ,经统计学处理两组之间显效率及总有效率差异无显著性。
Objective To observe the effects of Xinmaian Tablets (XT) on ventricular premature bearing in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 60 Cases of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature bearing were randomly divided into the treating group (40 cases) and the control group (20 cases); the former was given XT and the latter, Wenxin Granules (WG). The 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram was observed before and after the treatment in the patients. Results The total effective rates of XT in treating ventricular premature bearing and the ventricular premature bearing frequency were 70% and 60%, respectively; and those of WG, 65% and 55%, respectively. There were no significant differences between the effective rates and total effective rates in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion XT exerts a rather good effect on the ventricular premature bearing in the patients with coronary heart disease of qi-yin deficiency and cardiac blood stagnation type.
