摘要
目的 :了解文献报道中有关中药引起的各种不良反应 ,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 :对国内公开发行的 8种药学期刊中有关中药不良反应的病例报道 30 1例 ,进行归纳、统计和分析。结果 :从所收集资料看 ,中药常见的不良反应为过敏反应共131例 ,占 43 5 2 % ,过敏性休克 37例 ,占 12 2 9%。结论 :随着中药所致各种不良反应日益多见 ,临床医师和药师都应对其提高警惕。
OBJECTIVE:To know various ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine in the literatures, in order to supply some datas for rational drug usage in clinic. METHODS:301 cases with ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine seen in 8 pharmacological journals published at home were collected, counted and analyzed.RESULTS:Of those datas, common ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine were allergic reaction in 131 case (43.52%);anaphylactic shock in 37cases (12.29%).CONCLUSION:With the time flies, ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine happens more often. So clinicians and the pharmacists should all be allergic for that.
