摘要
利用现有地震资料,对鼻状断阶重新作了解释,并与邻区有关油气田石油地质基本条件,进行了分析对比,认为海南岛西侧鼻状断阶是一个有利的含油气区,它距岸近、水浅,便于自营勘探。
A nose—like fault terrace,located off the west coast of Hainan Island and nearshore under shallow water,is defined with reinterpretation of seismic data previously acquired and compared with basic geology of the correlative oil and gas fields in the nearby regions.It has been classified into the category of non-conventional as sealed by a large fault of arc shape.On the basis of its favorable location and size,it is believed to be a potential target for large discovery hunting with the self-run programs.
