摘要
研究了铝合金的铬磷化工艺和磷化工艺对转化膜的影响规律 ,采用正交试验法对磷化液配方进行了优选 ,得出了铝合金的最佳铬磷化工艺 。
The chromium phosphating technologies of aluminium alloy and the influence of phosphating technologies on convertible membranes were investigated. The composition of phosphating solution was optimized by means of orthogonal experiment, so that optimum chromium phosphating technologies of aluminium alloy was obtained and convertible membranes properties was fine.
