摘要
螺旋钢球活齿传动能实现同轴间的旋转速度变换 ,它的结构与滚珠丝杠相似 ,而传动原理与正弦滚珠活齿传动相同。它的传动比由输入轴和机架上螺旋槽的螺旋角决定 ,有传动平稳 ,承载能力强的优点 ,同时有滚珠丝杠相近的制造工艺 。
A helix movable steel globe teeth drive can have a rotary speed change in a same shaft. The structure of the drive is similar to a ball bearing lead screw. The drive principle is same to the sine movable steel globe teeth drive. The driving ratio is depended on the helix flute angle of input shaft and mount. The drive has a smooth driving, high loading and other advantages. The drive is manufactured with a similar technology as ball bearing lead screw and the drive is a new drive to be easy developed and wide applied.
