摘要
微弧氧化技术可以在铝合金表面上原位生长20~200μm的陶瓷氧化膜,该膜显微硬度为800~1500HV,能大大地提高材料表面的耐磨、耐蚀、耐压绝缘和抗高温冲击特性,在纺织、机械等工业部门中具有广阔地应用前景。
A ceramic oxidating layer with thickness of 20~200 μm could be prepared on the surface of aluminum alloys with the method of micro arc oxidation (MAO) technology. MAO film shows high hardness of 800~1 500 HV, good wearresistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation properties. The technology will have broad application in various industrial fields, such as textile and machinery industries, etc.
