槐角对半乳糖致衰小鼠血清及心肌抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察槐角对 D-半乳糖致衰小鼠血清和心肌的抗氧化作用。方法 :以 D-半乳糖致衰小鼠为研究对象 ,分别给大小两剂量的槐角水煎剂灌胃 30 d,测定血清总抗氧化能力 (TAA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和过氧化脂质 (L PO)的含量 ;心肌组织中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和 SOD活性及一氧化氮 (NO)和 L PO的含量。结果 :槐角大、小剂量均能提高血清 TAA,血清和心肌的 SOD活性 (P<0 .0 1) ,使心肌的 NOS活性和 NO含量增高 ,血清和心肌的 L PO含量降低 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :槐角能增强衰老小鼠血清和心肌的抗氧化能力 ,具有一定的抗衰老作用。 Objective: To investigate the antioxidation in serum and myocardium of D-galactose-induced mice aging model with Huaijiao .Methods: After D-galactose-induced aging mice in this experiment , were given higher and lower doses of Huaijiao respectively for 30 days,TAA and SOD activities and LPO content in serum were determined ; meanwhile , activity of NOS and SOD activties and content of NO and LPO were measured in myocardium. Results :The two doses of Huaijiao enhanced the TAA activity in serum and the SOD activity in both serum and myocardium of mice (P<0.01) improved the NOS activity NOS and the NO content and decreased LPO content in serum and myocardium. Conclusions: Huaijiao can improve the antioxidation in serum and myocardium of aging mice and delay aging .
