基体组织对原位TiC_P/Fe复合材料的性能影响 被引量:3

Effects of Microstructure on Properties of In-situ TiCp/Fe Composites

摘要 经不同热处理工艺改变铸态原位TICp/Fe复合材料的基体组织并观察其TiC增强颗粒形态的变化,测试其性能。测试结果表明:TiC增强颗粒在加热处理过程中没有发生形态变化;退火处理可消除铸造缺陷,提高复合材料的韧性;淬火+低温回火处理可使复合材料的硬度提高,而韧性没有明显的下降;300℃等温淬火处理可使复合材料不但硬度较高,而且韧性提高的幅度较大。 The microstructures of foundry in situ TiCP/Fe composites were changed by different heat treatment. The alternation of the TiC reinforcement particles' formation was observed and the properties of composites was tested.. The results showed that TiC reinforcement particles' formation was not alternated in heat treatment; the casting defects were eliminated and the toughness was improved by annealing; the hardness increased while the toughness presented no obvious dropping with quenching and low temperature tempering. When austempering at 300 C , the hardness of the composites exhibited higher and the toughness got a more largely improvement.
