摘要
从加强政府对农田水利建设的领导、树立长期抗旱的理念、增加对水利建设的投入、依靠科技发展水利等7个方面论述了农田水利基本建设在农业经济发展中的重要作用。
This paper discusses on the important functions of farmland capital construction of water conservancy in the development of agricultural economy from seven aspects such as strengthening the guidance of the government for farmland water conservancy construction, establishing the concept of long-term drought resisting, increasing the input for water conservancy construction, developing water conservancy relying on science and technology, etc.
